Is it possible to modify an existing order?

As long as your order has not yet been accepted, it is still possible to request the withdrawal of items by contacting info@boutiqueholo.ca . However, it will not be possible to make additions to an existing order. If the order has already been accepted, it will not be possible to make changes.

Why are you asking to provide additional personal information?

To prevent credit card fraud or theft, we may ask users for photo identification (driver's license, passport, or other identification). We may also ask you to provide us with proof to validate the billing address (bank statement, government correspondence, utility bills, etc.)

Are you an online-only store?

 We are currently 100% online. A small quantity of our inventory is available at the Centre Video Jeu in Granby (350 rue St-Jacques).

How long can shipping take?

When placing an order, the average time to process it is 24 to 48 hours. Subsequently, the shipping service may take 5 to 7 working days, depending on the transport service used (eg: standard or expedited).
