Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns on products sold. The only exception is for products that are missing or damaged in transit.

You are responsible for inspecting your order upon receipt of the merchandise to validate that it has not been damaged during transport and that the products ordered correspond to those you purchased. Any differences must be reported as soon as possible to the following address: info@boutiqueholo.ca You have 14 days to report any anomalies with your order, otherwise, no refund or replacement will be granted for missing or damaged products.

If your refund is approved, it will then be processed and your credit card will be automatically credited within a few days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, contact us at info@boutiqueholo.ca
